Participants gain firsthand insight into current industry practices\, workforce trends\, in-demand careers\, and the skills employers are seeking in today’s workforce. Through site visits\, hands-on experiences\, and conversations with industry professionals\, educators strengthen their understanding of career pathways and develop meaningful connections that can be brought back to the classroom. This experience helps bridge the gap between education and industry\, allowing educators to better prepare students for college\, careers\, apprenticeships\, and the workforce.
