WBTO provides direct support to strengthen manufacturing education and workforce pipelines. We work with schools, ESDs, community colleges, workforce partners, and manufacturers to deliver regional needs assessments, instructor professional development, equipment and CNC readiness support, and employer-informed skills mapping.
We actively participate in and facilitate manufacturing advisory committees to help align education programs with real industry needs and guide practical investments in training capacity, equipment, and curriculum. Our work is hands-on and focused on improving student readiness for manufacturing careers.
