Shaping Tomorrow’s Workforce Today
We are excited to announce the launch of the Northwest Connect Career Hub, a new web-based database designed to connect industry partners, educators, students, and community-based organizations. This platform will serve as a hub for building strong career pathways, expanding work-based learning opportunities, and fostering partnerships that prepare students for high-wage, high-demand careers.
Connecting Educators & Industry Partners
The Northwest Connect Career Hub will make it easier for teachers to find industry partners, for employers to engage with schools, and for students to explore real-world career opportunities.

Shape Tomorrow’s Workforce by Engaging with Students Now
Employers play a vital role in shaping tomorrow’s workforce. By partnering through the Northwest Connect Career Hub, you can connect directly with students and schools, showing how classroom learning applies in real careers. Your involvement helps young people explore career options, gain confidence, and practice the skills they will need to succeed. Joining the hub is free, and you decide how much or how little to participate, whether that’s offering a guest talk, hosting a job shadow, or simply being available as a resource.

The Northwest Connect Career Hub was created through a collaboration between the Clackamas Career Technical Education Consortium, Clackamas Education Service District, Clackamas Community College, and the Clackamas Workforce Partnership to strengthen connections between schools, students, and industry.
